I had that same problem on my GL1500, this is what I did, take a voltage test light and touch the left nut on the starter relay that's on the right side of the battery, it has a fuse on top of it. If you have power the tester should light up, put the test light on the other nut on the relay and hit ...

Throttle rev's but not moving

When I turn the throttle on my 93 GL1500 the bike rev's up and barely moves until I back off of the throttle. It does this even when I'm in motion and hit the throttle. I bleed the clutch and still the same thing. Any ideas on what's going on?

I finally got the hard clutch problem resolved, it was that I had the clutch shift rod in the wrong position. The spiral end I had placed it behind the clutch plate insted of in the front, when I changed that everything started working fine. Thanks for eveyones help.
