I have had the same issue with my 2001 wing. Push r button in, light comes on but wouldn’t engage all the time. I found that if I wait a couple seconds it will engage.

I remember seeing where they had trouble with the 30ksenas. I saw that they are coming out with a 50 series sena. Not sure but I think I saw where they were taking the 30k’s on trade. Maybe check their web site.

Check YouTube for wingadmins how to’s. He has a lot of videos on how to do most anything you would need.

Try pushing out the clutch lever and see if cruise engages. If it does then the most likely issue is the relay on clutch side needs replaced. If that’s it be careful putting in new one. Their is a small round “ bump” that goes into a small hole to hold it in place.

I have been seeing in some pictures of trikes that have a chrome “ luggage rack” but I would imagine that they don’t hold much weight and maybe more for decoration. Does anyone know what they are called and where they could be found? TIA.
