Re: 2018 GOLDWING SPECIFICATIONS

I've owned five GL1800s and an Aspencade 1500... I've read the reviews, watched the review videos, compared the two in person, and reviewed the specs of each; but it comes down to this, and is one of the most telling aspects of the two rides... Previous GL1800 Speedometers top out at 150mph 2018 GL1...

Re: 2018 GL1800 minimal shock travel

I'm on the verge of buying a new 2018 Goldwing DCT and it is at the dealership. I came across this video and of course it concerned me. Those that shot it appeared to do a reasonable effort to make their point; so I contacted my local Honda motorcycle dealer and shared the video with them. They had ...

Re: How often does this happen???

Hello Greenwinger, Mine is of a practical approach. Things to consider and by the way I've owned a 1995 Honda Aspencade 1500SE; it was my first wing. I've owned several GL1800s since; including a 2002 Illusion Blue, 2003 Illusion Blue, 2006 Titanium, 2012 Ultra Blue metallic, and my current ride - 2...

Re: 2013 Honda Goldwing F6B - BREAKING NEWS!

There are no changes to the 2013 Goldwing, it's the same as 2012.

The F6B is an additional member to the lineup, not a replacement of the traditional Goldwing.

Re: 2013 Honda Goldwing F6B - BREAKING NEWS!

I currently view my 2012 GL1800 as a large sport bike and ride it as such.

The only real difference I see with the lower wind screen of the F6B is the rush of air one would get and enjoy in the summer time...

Very true.

Actually, that was one of my first thoughts when I first learned of this model.

Re: 2013 Honda Goldwing F6B - BREAKING NEWS!

Frankly,

I'm a little surprised Honda hasn't gone in this direction with the Wing line before now.

Some will find it attractive I'm sure and others can or will modify it to suit.

All in all, just one more option for many.
