If you could let us know the tires feel difference at sidewall PSI, lower & higher. I/we found for the Austone 41-47 was much like a std. rear MT. . I also run the Austone, but at 38 to 39 psi. Stable as a rock. Seems strange that you have to run it at so high a pressure. P.S. about 18,000 mile...

No problems with my cruise either. Still works fine.

That's a wet clutch. Adding anything to the motor oil that makes it more slippery could make the clutch slip.
I'm sure some more knowledgeable folks will chime in on this.

Then I lay a four foot length of 2x6 from the ground up onto the tire.
I drive one front wheel of my pickup onto the the 2x6 and pop!

When I got my 1500, it had been sitting for several years.
It wouldn't idle worth a darn.
A couple of cans of seafoam later, it idled perfectly, and still does.

Around here in northern New Jersey, the roads are riddled with manhole covers. Even on recently repaved roads, the damned covers are often set an inch or so below road level.
