Whats a good pressure to put in the CT. What am I looking for?

I am new to the Goldwing bikes I just found my back tire is worn out. I have seen a few post on CT tires how do we pick the right tire? will anything change like speedo readings.

I have a 2002 1800 the turn signal will not reset or cancel after a turn I beleive the s/w where the problem is . Dose anyone have a breakdown of the switch. I want to make sure I have all the parts and in the right location.
