Re: WANTED windshield vent frame.

Unless you have a windshield with the cut out hole. I wouldn't try to cut a hole in a regular windshield for the vent, because the ones I've had were beveled, so the thickness of the plexiglass is a little thinner where you put in the vent. Plus you will need the frame, in order to hold it in. You c...

Re: Markland Heel Toe Shifter

I'm pretty sure they will fit in one box, but you may need to take them apart and wrap them in newspaper please, to prevent damage during shipment.

Re: Markland Heel Toe Shifter

You can get those priority mail boxes at the post office and anything that fits inside, no matter what the weight will ship for that price. I assure you I'm not messing with you, go to the post office and ask, if you don't believe me, $13 anywhere in the continental U.S. I've used these before. How ...

Re: Markland Heel Toe Shifter

I am still interested, if we can come up with a price we can both agree on. You should be able to send them to me in box through priority mail for about $13.

Diamond Custom Seat for 88-2000 GL1500, Black velour/vinyl

Seat looks new! Has driver adjustable backrest with pouch on back. Has passenger backrest or as I did, I took cover off passenger backrest and slipped over the top of my original passenger backrest. Also, has passenger armrest covers to match seat. I bought this seat, however, it didn't match the bi...

Some of us have jobs and work 12+ hours per day, we have to work for a living. I'm not sitting at my computer all day scanning the internet.

Re: Markland heel toe shifter

Nothing surprises me anymore. I put up the post, someone replies to it. Two other guys show there interest, then whoever replies sells the item to someone else. You guys deserve each other. Just a bunch of greedy and impatient asses. You know what they say, what comes around, goes around. I hope all...

Re: Markland heel toe shifter

Well, if you haven't already sold them to someone that read my post. I will take them. I really didn't expect a response that quickly. I guess that's what I get for not checking my e-mail everyday. Get a quote on shipping and I will send you a check for everything.

Thanks,

Re: Delete button

I see all these adds for parts and bikes that are for sale, but it takes hours to go through all the adds and 90% of it has been sold. It seems like a novel idea to make an easy way to delete these adds once they are sold making it so much easier to find currently available items.

Re: How to remove and replace your timing belts

Just a suggestion if anyone is interested. I have a 1992 GL1500SE. I had the timing belts replaced at about 68,000 miles by Dreyer Honda in Indianapolis last summer 2013. I'm pretty sure they charged $318 to replace them total, but each belt cost $68, I believe. Well worth the money for me. However,...

Re: How to unlock a GL1500 trunk without keys

I have a suggestion. Just put a copy of your key in the zippered bag for your seat cover, between your passenger seat and your passenger backrest. This makes life much simpler, no one will ever know it is there!
