I would try a new set of spark plugs & check plug wires also. Could be a cheap fix.

I know this may be a dumb Question & may already been asked but have you checked to see if the fuel tank vent is open ? Could explain running ok for awhile then stalling

Oil should be fine.I would consider installing new clutch springs. Looks like DISK B, CL FRICTION 22202-ML8-600 and PLATE B, CLUTCH 22322-ML8-000 has been discontinued by Honda. I have the same problem with my open face helmet. I have a flat face sheild on my helmet & just tuck the mic up under the bottom of the sheild. This works good if you dont mind the flat sheild on your helmet.

Accelerator Pump Adjustment on (No. 3 Carb only). The correct clearance is 0.4 in. (10mm ) which is obtained by bending the adjustment arm until the correct adjustment is obtained. Hope this helps.
