Re: Covid....... Interested in people's opinions.

I am 78 and most of the time, very healthy. but yesterday, it went to the clinic and got a Pneumonia shot, as I have had "walking Pneumonia" twice in my life before this, doctors said that predisposes me to catch it again.... so I got the shot. Flu shot? a real Catch 22, it is only about 15% effecti...

Re: Replacement MPH/RPM Gauge Faces for '99 Aspencade

Is there a good location where I can get just the black faces for the gauges on the 2000 wing? All the places I've looked so far only sell the entire instrument panel and it's expensive. I only need the faces themselves. God bless, ~Mark I don't think those were ever made available as parts - only ...

Re: Blackwing fork brace install

on my '94SE, when I first found it, it did not have a fork brace. Backing out of my garage then was a pain ( steep downhill ) and I would turn to the right very sharp and go across a small flower bed that was at that house. the soil was a bit soft, and I needed to keep turning to the right to stay o...

I hate videos where they don't make a point of keeping the audio up at a good level.

the audio at first, blasted my ears off.... then when he talks, I could not hear anything, had to find a pair of Ear Phones.

I too have seen atrocious claims for this type of Battery Booster Pak. some of them actually work, I saw one at Eureka Springs, AR over the rally there Labor Day. Galen Hall has it, and it will run a 110 VAC box fan for 12 hours while they are sleeping in a tent, and still has enough juice to start ...

Re: Other carb rebuild kit option as Randakk's is out of stock

Historically, saber cycle is a "no no" source.
if you get the parts you ordered and they are correct, you are lucky.

if you don't get the parts you ordered, forget about negotiations with that lady, she is a snake.

sometimes though, you just have to stick your neck out and hope it works okay.

I have a couple of small gas cans like that, 1 for the bike marked Pure Gas Bike and the 2nd one is marked TCP3 Mix for the lawnmower. over here we use a "Yellow" can for Diesel only, so hopefully I never get diesel into my bike's spare gas can. glad you made it home, beautiful area in that video, l...

Thank you for the info. Is the dog bone highly visible to a rookie? Also is a 500mAMP charger enough to get starting charge overnight? a battery that is pretty fully discharged, is supposed to be charged at 2 amps for 10-12 hours. the little Battery Tenders will "Eventually" bring it back to full c...

my '02 had a Corbin seat on it when I bought it 4 years ago. hated that thing, traded it straight across for a brand new 2010 OEM seat, much better now. I love my Utopia Backrest, can't leave home without it. Bling? my '02 had at least $4,000 worth of Kury crap on it, I stripped nearly all of it off...

2nd: I predict that you will NOT suffer any loss in Miles per gallon fuel use. The difference in RPM for a given speed is not all that much more than what it was. Just FYI, if the tire is heavier, there may be a decrease in fuel mileage. Probably not enough to worry about. with my '02 1800, the mpg...
