Yes this is what I was telling you about. We have figured out that you can fix it by just drilling out the slow speed jets with a #77 drill bit and it will run great. Or you can replace the#35's with #40 jets. Cheaper to drill out. You don't need to do anything else. We've done it on 9 or 10 bikes s...

We change the slow jets #35 to #40 (or you can drill out the #35 using a #77 drill bit) and use either a #105 or #108 to fix the slow speed hesitation. Honda's service bulletin also changed the needles and slide springs ( we don't ) and they run great. Just make sure you get all the little passage w...
