Its very easy to do , if you think your going to have problems . Make a couple trial holes in a piece of iron and do a few until you feel confident with e...

Re: Syringe Fork Oil from the bottom up...?

If your going to put plugs in the top . When you are finished adding the correct amount of fork , make a dipstick , mark on it the full line ,. Then you can check to make sure oil is full , works great . Then if you suspect a bit of a leak you can check to see if its full .

Rectifier, and will check grounds when installing new reg. Thinking it was acting up last season , could smel...

Re: Melted solenoid wires

It seems other than what has been mentioned , quite often this will happen with to high of power draw ( high wattage lights etc. ) what i have seen is trying to start the engine when battery is discharged . With a battery that has low voltage when the starter is engauged creates very high amperage d...

Re: Front brake power

your probably better off with the brake using the lever only not locking . when lockup occurs your stopping ability goes out the window , you loose all control . the bike should be stopped with foot brake under most conditions or a ĉombination of both pedal and hand brake .the most likely reason for...

Re: wobble again

if you haven't torqued the neck brg's then that is what i would do . it seems these bikes have a very minimal rake , causing the front end to act like a bad shopping cart wheel . torquing the brg's to a maximum suggested torque ( or even a little more will help these problems ) the only real fix wou...
