The trailer now is a 5 wire system as well with separate running/directional lights. The problem is when the trailer is plugged in but disconnect from ball hitch everything works as it should, problem arises when I hook it to the ball hitch, the left directional works on the bike and trailer, once y...

i have 5 wire going into the trailer also. I eliminated the 4 wire system. One set of lights are running and brake, another set of lights are running and turn on the trailer.

Appreciate the replies, I will just have to disconnect one set of led lights at a ti,e till i find the one causing the problem, as for the flasher relay I was referring to, regulates the flasher relay i was referring to, it was the signal flasher relay. I had to change this out with one made for LED...

Radio shows headset on when pushed in, and push in again will go off. I will check the pins thanks. My dad suggested I get the plug diagram and bench test it with outside speakers and that will tell me if the problem is in the bike or the radio. Sounds logical?

CB is off, when I turn CB on and squelch all the way down I hear the CB loud and clear and it is on RX not TX. When I tried listening to radio through helmet still heard very low.

Thank You, I have cleaned the mute switch and it shows mute when I press it in, and un-muted when I press it again, I have no problem with the volume controll as far as turning what little I can hear all the way down which indicates the volume control is working.
