Re: Has anyone used Show Chrome's Universal Electronic Fuse Block?

Since this is my first Wing, I do not know where the connectors or lines are to tap into. A techdude told me which colors but I'm not sure where. Best item you could buy for your Wing would be a shop manual that has a wiring diagram. The Clymer and Haynes publications do not go far enough and I hav...

Re: Has anyone used Show Chrome's Universal Electronic Fuse Block?

I had order Electrical Connections Fuse Block for my Wing only to be told it's back ordered and I wouldn't receive it until October with shipping. I'm looking for other alternatives and came across Show Chromes Electronic Fuse Block. The glossy says it isolates every circuit with it's own relay plu...

Re: Trailer picture thread

I've added 2 bright flashing Signal Light's affixed to a stainless steel grab bar when I press the brake and the wires run through the bars. I've also installed 2-4 ft amber silicon strips under the middle edge for glow effect. One on each side and I'll mount 2 white led outlets with a switch inside...

Hello Steve calling you mine thank you very much for the link. I have now ordered that electronic fuse block. I am now wiring my trailer and bike which already has an isolator for it. WingStuff is out of the electronic fuse blocks cause they are back-ordered. I did find one actually on eBay for $40....

Re: How to wire LED lights

Thank you very much for the quick reply in the links! My plan is to LEDs around the front garnish and the headlights and some over the front fender as a well as long the sides above the engine and at the back toward the saddlebags. If I can get them to work I'd like to finish the accent on my traile...

How to wire LED lights

Hello Forum: I've searched the archives of other forums and this probably has been addressed but don't seem to get the straight forward answer I'm seeking. I'm wiring my '04 1800 Wing for the first time w/LED strips for visibility on the front, sides and possibly rear. (will have plenty left over fo...

Re: Trailer picture thread

I found out the rails are 7/8" stainless steel marine grab rails and the ends are called stanchions. I ordered 90 degree SS tee's to mount to the side rails and will mount lights to it. My source was iboats.com and here is a picture of the product. I will slip them over the side rails and mount the ...

Oh, BTW, does anyone know where I can find replacement luggage type rails in the picture anywhere? My searches do not render anything close and I maybe using the incorrect keywords.

Thanks, :)

Re: Trailer picture thread

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll take a rear shot of the unit to see the angled bottom and how the lights are mounted to it. I'll check to make sure I have the clearance for a aluminum l bracket for the extra light. My hopes are to mount the 4" superbright LED's to catch the attention of oncoming dri...

Re: Adding pictures to your message

What file formats are supported. I've tried jpg, gif, and jpeg and they all say invalid file types. Also what size should the image be?

Re: Trailer picture thread

It's not a great picture inside my garage but I could use the threads help. I want to add a rear luggage bar to put LED lights for the rear. The current bars are individual round bars. The front bar is 19" long with the mounts as seen. Does anyone know where I can find a new rack bar? Preferably fla...
