If the fairing came with a factory wiring harness it should be easy to disconnect and reconnect the wing wires. Everything was cleaned right off at first. The cable was the first thing cleaned an oiled an slides very easy as does the linkage. I suspect vacuum leaks but it's running good right now after float readjustment.

They have been rebuilt and synced. All new jets and O rings,gaskets.

Thanks guys. I've had the carbs off several times and checked the float level and had all the jets out and they are all clean and did use compressed air to blow out all the passages. That's why I'm going crazy with this. The coils are sending spark . This is a PITA.
