Me neither now that I’ve looked. I wonder what the dealer is offering you.

I bought mine from wingstuff. My dealer said they could not get close to that price.

Re: Looking for 1800 advice, tough year!

I have to say, I'm one of those guys that always felt I had a "Counter-Brag" to the hard core Harley riders for having a Goldwing all these years that was "Made in America", and I didn't know until today that they stopped making them here! I honestly believe I have to stick to my guns and stay with...

Re: Looking for 1800 advice, tough year!

Of course, I'm partial to the 2012+ models since I have a 2016. However, my rationale is that isn't the 2012-2017 models considered Gen II since manufacturing went back to Japan for the 2012 model year and some changes were made? Unless I'm mistaken, the navigation system got an upgrade in that it ...

Re: Best Goldwing Tyre

My only experience with tires on my 2016 so far are the original tires that were getting a little thin around 12k miles, so I replaced them with Dunlop E4's. The OEM tires might have had 2-3 thousand more miles on them, but we were getting ready for a 1k+ mile trip and I didn't want to get stranded ...

Re: Mesh Pants info wanted

I used to have some Joe Rocket Phoenix mesh pants back when I had my Busa. Zippers were good. The leg zippers did only go up to the calf or so and I was not able to put them on while wearing my boots. However, back then I also wore Sidi Air somethings that came up kinda high. With the mesh pant I ha...

Re: JACO FlowPro Digital Tire Inflator Gauge Review

Well, I gave in and ordered mine Thursday, 2 days ago. I had to order a couple of other things and since the price for this was about half what I paid the Haltec inflator from Grainger I decided to go for it. I ordered the Jaco FlowPro 2 digital. It arrived this morning about 1100. I read the sheet ...

Re: XM Radio Reception

The start of this thread was back in 2012. It doesn't seem like XM/Sirius customer service has gotten any better. My '16 is nearing 2 years old now since purchased new. I did get the full 90 day free trial, but hardly listened to the radio. The few times I did I don't recall any issues. I primarily ...

Re: What bridge did you cross yesterday?

Then it made me wonder if the law was still on the books. Could be, but I doubt it. There are many laws all over the country that were never removed, but no longer apply and some that are just plain silly. This looks like one of those historical marker signs I see often all around the country. FYI,...

Sorta. I didn’t choose to get rid of it. The woman who ran the stop sign that I t-boned made that choice for me back in ‘86. Totaled my GS1100E

First bike I bought and rode it from school in Memphis to San Diego when I was 18.

Re: GL1200 vs. GL1500 Advantages?

I've not ridden either the 1200 or 1500 so everything I know is what I've read here on Goldwingdocs.com. My unbiased opinion is that you should sell the 1200 for as much as you can get for it as is and pay off the 1500 or apply what you get for the 1200 towards that. It seems that most think the 150...

Re: Centramatic Wheel Balancers

I put a little over 100 miles on myself and then my wife and I put another 300 on today. I hadn't mentioned the wheel balancers to her, but when we stopped to eat lunch she was asking me if I did anything to the bike because she thought it was smoother than she remembered. Even on the crummy roads u...

Gotta be a Cali thang. I just clicked on the link above in OCD Tronic's post and I see $338 from Amazon.

Re: trailer or hitch rack

Since I got my hitch mounted yesterday I tried holding the Add-On hitch rack from Wingstuff up to see what the clearance was going to be like this morning. The support arm is about an inch too short and the front lip of the rack is up under the plastic between the saddlebags under the license plate....

Re: Centramatic Wheel Balancers

Mine are installed and I got only about 40 miles to and from work and brunch today. So far, I'm not sure if there really is a great deal of improvement or if it's just in my head. I think I noticed less or no vibration in the handlebars. I think it was so minimal before that I may not have paid too ...

Hitch and wheel balancers installed. Now to begin looking for a container to mount to the rack that goes into the hitch. I'll try putting that on tomorrow to see what I think.

Also time to get my flag mount, poles, and flags ordered.

I can sympathize with the OPs problem, but I worry that a more critical factor/question might be, “Is there a place to mount a kick stand on the right side?” I’m sure that someone could make one, but is there a place to mount one?
