mine is 3/4 full ,

my cap is the one of the first series of radiator from Nipodenso not the little one that most guy have on their GW

Rotella T6 15w40 from CanTire but it is expensive in comparaison with Castrol Syntech i used for decades.

Transmission operation is noisy as a BMW Beemer.

next year i may try the OEM Honda HP4 W/O Moly

remove the seat,
remove the cover with the 2 doors that is over the air filter.

you have just 4 ,10mm bolts.

easy way too access the cap

i did it 10 time

well do you have old halogen driving lights,,turn them OFF.they are 55 watts Each ,130 watts on 12vdc =10 + amps at idle thats a lot. adjust your idle at 1000,1100 rpm it will help produce more amps from your stator. this is a weak point of GW,many are installing external alternator because of that....

well all went well, the 2 right were really not tune well,the front right one (when seated) was the bad one. when i was riding i could listen at the engine a little knocking coming from this side,,like too mush advance on timing! but if i release the gaz trotle a bit,it stopped. it is night here,wil...

well i prefer the V belt a lot more flexible. the multi-v ,if your altenator just twist a side,the strap will jump over the pulley and the V will not do that. i did NOT cut the fan blade,here the trick, unscreew the 3 screews that old the fan motor in his place on his support and after shim the spac...

well look the precedent comments here,you can see the drawing made by hand. you start from this one, there is a slight mod to be done after where the key gets inside the OEM crank pulley. the washer is one of the OEM that is just there when you dismantle. the center hole is re-done too accomodate th...

On the camholder there are 4 screews with spring and a little metal tube,,,about 1/8 in diameter.

what is there use exactly?
thats not clear at all in my manual,

they are called:Assist shaft/spring.
