Re: 4" pulley for a Alt. Conversion 1100's , 1200's

Still have any of those pulleys? Im in dire need of replacing mine because its got a wobble in it. Also any chance on a 4.75 or 5 inch pulley? Im not sure the 4 inch will charge my bike at idle.

Re: Dead Bike

Well good news i got my bike back and its running!!! Turns out it was this little disc on the crankshaft that has nubs on it and one of them had broken off inside the front covers. So they replaced that and it fired right up. The bike is now back together and ready to ride again.

Re: Dead Bike

Ok something i hadnt thought of. The bank angle sensor! If its bad or stuck it could act like the kill switch and ground out the power from the coils which could explain the pulse at the green wires as those are the ground wires for the reg/rec.

Any thoughts?

Re: Dead Bike

Yes and to test if the start button is causing a problem you hit that and make sure power is still there and not shorting out in the switch. Point is from the battery to the plugs and all points in between gets power where it is supposed to get power. Additionally every sensor plug wire and fuse als...
