Nice looking 78. I've got one also and have been thinking of getting a shorter set of handlebars. I was wondering where and what kind of bars you used for your build?

Re: Photo Tag ---Anyone want to play?

Pretty amazing places that we as people get used to being surrounded by and not seeing said places as what they really are. Man made or natural ...... amazingly stunningly beautiful.......that said here's a cell tower tree... they like to have them blend in to the trees sort of in Oregon where they ...

Re: Strange thing only when I pull trailer

Well..... I think I figured it out.....I had about a hundred pounds in the trailer and had to transfer most of it out.....then rode home with it basically empty.......needless to say the tires aren't balanced very well....I could see it bouncing some on the way home quite a bit up to about 25mph.......

Strange thing only when I pull trailer

Is it normal for the bike to feel like the front shakes a little as it goes around a sharp corner slowly while pulling my trailer? It didn't feel like it was doing it when I first started pulling the trailer.....trailer hitch is good...... tongue weight is good ....tires properly inflated maybe 75 l...

Re: How hard is it to rebuild front brake calipers on a 2002 gl1800?

Also If it was a leaking fork seal it would be accumulating dust on the fork shaft ..the bottom fork part and the brake caliper.....not just the bottom of the brake caliper on one side.......

Re: How hard is it to rebuild front brake calipers on a 2002 gl1800?

Just to say.....the brake caliper is leaking fluid. There for it is leaking something wet..brake fluid..dust from sitting in the shop on a farm or driving down the road. Things like that....it accumulates dust sticking to the brake fluid that is leaking out of the brake caliper..I'm not saying that ...

How hard is it to rebuild front brake calipers on a 2002 gl1800?

Noticed some dust on one of the front calipers....the kind when brake fluid bypasses the plunger pieces in caliper...how hard is it to get at and all that's involved...did a search..not much on the subject....looked on YouTube...20 vids on brake pad replacement but no caliper rebuilding for Goldwing...

Re: Kuryakyn plug and play... no brake lights on trailer

As far as led lights...that's what I have...I thought that the kuryakyn plug and play harness WAS an all in one...wiring harness AND isolator from the bikes wiring system.......otherwise I would have just did the wire for each light WITH leds.....
