Sounds like the clutch damper plate is braking up and jamming on the clutch basket.

Re: On to fuel pump number 3

Check the fuel tap and vacuum to it. have you checked all the fuel lines even the one in the tank. they could be collapsing.
It may be an idea to bypass the fuel tap to see if that cures the problem

Re: Help....!

Re: Help....!

Obviously the gear shift sensor works or it WOULD NOT die when put in gear. The clutc...

Re: Anti dive TRAC system

You get a 2" extension piece with the rake kit as standard.
You may have to take the forks apart to see what's been done. they may have fitted a stiffer spring with a extension plug in the forks.
I put 1.1/2" plugs in mine just to raise the front a bit but I still have suspension

You probably wont get one for the trike

Try disconnecting the rear lights. it may be a plug in connector to the existing bikes loom then see if it still blows a fuse

The rake kit only alter the rake and not the suspension.
Check fork seals for leaking and oil level. Not sure if you have air assist forks if so check air pressure 6psi.
does your trike sit low on the front as if it leaning forward

Re: Coolant Resevoir tank

You wont see it as the tank is wider part way down than the top section. have a look at the picture. I would try filling it up to the narrow part. then shine a torch in to see if you can see it to get hold of. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Honda-GL1500-GL-1500-Gold-Wing-6021-Coolant-Reservoir-Tank/36149...

If it was mine I would get it out even if I had to take off the coolant tank.
As you say its plastic try filling the tank with water to over flowing to see if that floats it up and out

Does anyone out there have access to the full schematics diagram for the radio with tape player, and the integrated intercom? I'm wanting to include certain features and can't find circuits that will work.

TIA
