I have to say, I'm going to nix this idea. Pretty much every discussion that moves to:

- Religion
- Politics
- Guns

...eventually devolves into name calling and fighting, with bad feelings left behind. Likely because so many people feel so strongly about those topics. Guns I will let slide from time to time when the discussion is relevant (i.e. how best to conceal my pistol when riding, etc.).

As was pointed out elsewhere, the forum is for motorcycles, and pandering to one religious group over another would be favoritism. There are members here who are Christian and have no problem adding a religious quote or even slant to their postings, there's nothing wrong with that.

On second thought, maybe just posting an occasional scripture on a motorcycle post would be the easiest and least conflicting.
