Here are a few facts about split speed limits.
“According to NHTSA (the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration), rear-end crashes are the second leading cause of fatalities involving large trucks and other vehicles when looking at initial impact point. 19% of fatal truck and passenger vehicle fatalities. Trucks were struck in the rear 3 times as often as the other vehicle (2013). " So... danger can come from the rear more often than one hears about. Just sayin'...

As for me, I'll do the speed limit to whatever this baby will do. There is a time and place for everything!! A time to go slow, go with the flow, or blazin' speeds. :D No gripes from me to anyone who wants to drive as fast or slow as they are comfortable with without endangering anyone else.

I believe it's a scientific fact that if you are riding 95 mph on a highway posted at 70 mph, someone will be pissed off and tailgating you because they want to go faster than you.
