Post by dwhite815 »

I noticed after removing right side cover,a valve stem. What does this do? What will be aired up if I put air to it?
Thanks

Right rear shock.
Careful on pressure, it loads VERY quick, use a pressure limiting device.
HINT: Using a pencil gauge can/will lose several pounds of unknown pressure. Some air compressors have a pressure limiting outlet. Also they're not expensive, Harbor F. has'm for about $10.00 BUT!!! you need to bleed off the higher pressure before using it.

A small hand-powered bicycle pump would be the best way to air it up, and prevent blowing out the seals.

+1 on above, I can't remember now but does the 1200 have an air shock on the left side or is it like the 1500, only on the right

1100 both are air shocks. Only one valve stem on right side which feeds both shocks. I think the 1200 is the same.
