Lifting front wheel
Both tires of the bike were on separate 3/4" thick pieces of plywood & now only the rear one is. The battery is out. All I want too do is put the front tire on the plywood. How do I raise it up even 1" without using the center-stand or putting the battery back in?

Re: Lifting front wheel
Probably a floor jack under the sump. Hold it straight and lift it up, then slide the plywood underneath.
