Post by Dan1todd » Sat Apr 21, 2018 5:33 pm

Ok, I have a 1975 GL 1000. Cafe bike with spoke rims, Awesome! The last 2 times out, I have noticed a wobble develop in the from and I know I didn't hit anything, the front forks/shocks look clean and tight, what could cause this?

Thank you. Guess I'm headed down for tires. What is the best brand for performance runs on windy country roads?

Metzeler probably has the best stick but also have a reputation for premature failure. Shinko and Kenda are very good cheap tires. Pirelli and Michelin if you have the money to spend.

Michelin is a good tire. I think you will like them.
