Back in from a 75 mile test drive

Post by Viol1736 »

What a beautiful day for a ride! Perfect almost no problems. After a stop in the park, forgot to turn the fuel back on. Hate it when that happens.
No real problems. Filled it with regular 87 octane at $285 a gallon on the way back.
So, I sold bike A....only lost $300. This one may still be available.

Thats looks nice!!! Has it been in a cocoon for 40 years?

back in 1979 my brother had an early wing it was banana yellow with a white vetter fairing with a car radio installed in it and one of those rubber antennas...ha!
I rode it to school one day and looooooong before Will Smith said it I said "I gotta git me one of these!"

Lol, it must have been kept inside and well maintained, and only ridden to church on Sundays by a little old lady.
Oh almost forgot...was tooling along daydreaming ....had a big smile on my face...on a road that I’d been on several years ago....hit a sharp right turn...wasn’t ready for it...almost went into the other lane...what a wake up call!!! Glad I wasn’t going any faster...
