However...he hasn't responded to the email/PM I sent him, and hasn't logged in since April 8th....
redial, that's not true, several prizes have gone to overseas users. We've also had several in Canada (which is the second highest user base on the site next to the US), and it's more expensive to ship to Canada than most of Europe.
