Looks great! And the paint will be exactly as it was when or if you take it off. Vinyl wrap isn't like duct tape, the adhesive won't come off on the bike when it's removed. And it preserves the original paint from fade, scratches, and rock chips as the vinyl will absorb the impact from small pebbles. It will soften the blow from large rocks as well, but if the rock is big enough, can still get to the paint if it cuts through the vinyl. Another option is plasti-dip. It peels off like vinyl if done correctly and protects the paint as well. Lots of color options. YouTube and dipyourcar .com are good places to see what's possible. Chrome or gold cars seen on YouTube are all vinyl wrapped so high sheen metallics are possible with vinyls.

Pretty color, understated but definitely stands out in the crowd. Well done. :)

The look is very nice. Looking at the pictures only I would never have known it was a wrap. Please keep us updated as time goes on how you find it is holding up.

That came out nice. Just a quick question...had you looked at hydro-dipping rather than wrapping?
Sorry for the delay in responding, been on vacation. I did not because of the cost of disassemble and reassemble.

The wrap looks perfect! Was the Vinyl applied to the body parts while assembled?
Yes, while assembled. Only the parts that were held on by rubber grommets were removed.

Very interesting article. Looks really well. I was also curious did they wrap it while the bike is in one piece or remove all plastic and panels? Thanks
Only the pieces held on by rubber grommets were removed.

The cost of disassembly helped me choose vinyl.
