USA Trailer Store

Post by edaddy0 » Mon Mar 04, 2019 7:34 pm

Has any had any dealings with the USA Trailer Store in SC, and has any bought a trailer from them? I am looking at the Lumina Diamond XL to pull with my GL1500.

No dealings but I did call and talk with them a couple of years ago. I was considering a trailer they had for sale. Similar to the Harbor Freight Tag-a-long trailer. It was not currently in stock, shipment was due in a couple of weeks. The gentleman was friendly and up front about everything.

Thank you, looking to possibly purchase but have read some poor reviews. Just looking for anyone that has purchased a trailer and what experience they had with them. Thanks for sharing your experience.

We bought three sets of his trailer hitches for GL1800s a few years ago in one order. Two sets were perfect and complete, but the third set looked like it had been a return to him and he had just shipped it back out to us with parts missing. We contacted him and he made it good by sending us the parts that were missing. I guess that is all you can ask. We did not have any other contact with him, so do not know about attitude or anything like that. He has had some complaints in the past on his trailers, but I disremember if it was quality or lack of stock or warranty issues that he was slow to respond to.
