Try again: ucp.php?i=profile&mode=avatar

Not really an "error" message, it just says that the pic is too big.
This is what is says:

The submitted avatar is 768 pixels wide and 576 pixels high. Avatars must be at least 50 pixels wide and 50 pixels high, but no larger than 200 pixels wide and 200 pixels high.

If/when everything else fails due to size of image, go here ( http://www.resizemypicture.com/ ) for a free sizing program which should be self explanatory. Try sizing to "400" and see if that works.

Scroll up a few posts and Just follow NJ Trike's instructions on re-sizing your pic. I had to use 200 pixels instead of 400 like NJ Trike suggested, but it worked for me.

Just my .02 :D

Fuzzy - about 10 posts back on this thread, I suggested trying ( http://www.resizemypicture.com/ ). Use of this FREE program has worked for me and several others (see previous posts). Have you tried it? If this doesn't work for you, I'm at a loss as to what to suggest. Maybe someone else has a different suggestion. Good luck with your "avatar project", I hope you figure it out.

ok, ok, I get the picture....lots of people having problems uploading avatars that don't meet the size restrictions. :)

I took a bit of time this morning and wrote some code into the system that automatically resizes avatars for you. You can now go ahead and upload any image of any size that you like (as long as it's BIGGER than 50 pixels, which is the lower limit) and it will automatically resize it for you to the correct dimensions.

The submitted avatar is 0 pixels wide and 0 pixels high. Avatars must be at least 50 pixels wide and 50 pixels high, but no larger than 200 pixels wide and 200 pixels high

OK, obviously it's not liking your picture file for some reason. Send it to me at info @ goldwingdocs.com and I'll see what I can do with it for you.

You mentioned problems with iPhones and that the android phones can do it with no problem but I was wondering if you found any android notes or tablets that have problems and if you have any advice with pre-pic selections for the best results after uploading?
