I live close to Akron Ohio, have a 2006 GL1800 and would like to know where I should get new tires and which ones

You'll probably get many different opinions on what kind of tires to get as riders have their favorites and there are some good tires to choose from out there.

I have a set of Dunlop E4's, currently with 18000 miles on them, still look good. I'm going to replace them at 20000 miles even if they do have some tread left as I'm really happy to have gotten this many miles out of them and I don't take chances and run bike tires until they look really worn. I've been really happy with these.

Hopped on my 1999 1500 this morning to back out of the garage and it was harder to move than normal. Checked the front tire and it was very low. Bad valve stem. Front tire is about 5 years old so I bought a new E4 and valve stem from Cyclemax this morning. They’re price on the E4 is pretty good.
I bought a Dynabeads set with the new rear tire last year, so I have 2 oz’s for the front. I will replace the tire myself when it comes in.
