Mouse in the house

Post by OL_ROAD_DAWG »

My riding mower needed a new battery so I decided to head to Battries Plus for about a 50 mile ride. Hadn't been on the bike for a week or so. Went out to just check things out and noticed tiny feet prints in the fine dust around the dash and the radio area,I didn't think twice about it. On my way to get the battery I stopped by to get some gas. Pulled up to the pump and the attendant came over to ask how much. Here in Oregon you can't take the nozzle off the pump,so when I was getting situated she was getting the nozzle to hand it to me. As I opened the gas tank cover, out jumped the mouse ran around a bit then decided to abandon ship right towards that girl, she drops the nozzle takes off running and screaming, people are looking at me like I did something. Funniest I've seen in a while. That mouse had a pretty cozy nest on top of the spill tray. Cleaned that all out and went on my way. Got my battery, went home, and mowed to my hearts content

Funny!

You sure that wasn't just the "Mother-in-Law Cottage" in the fuel spill tray? Could be an entire condo in the air filter....
