Photo Gallery
I have been a member for a while, and I am still not permitted to post pictures. Says my gallery is temporarily disabled. Any ideas?

Everybody's galleries are temporarily disabled. WingAdmin has run into a problem in that area and has not yet been able to solve it. So, you cannot add pictures to the galleries. You can however post a picture directly, through the tools in the post area. I think the picture needs to be in one of the photo storage sites.

You can upload a photo directly to your post, doesn't have to be in a storage site.
I think the current snag with the gallery was that photos can be uploaded to forum threads or the gallery but not both for some reason. So Admin axed the gallery.

Correct. The forum and the gallery used the same image processing object, when the forum upgraded its version, it would no longer work with the version of the object that the gallery used, and vice versa. It's a 32-bit vs 64-bit issue, so it requires a complete rewrite to fix, which is why it's taking so long.
