1975 GL1000 Or 1985 GL1200
Looking a tow Goldwings. which should I get. Plan to use as my main daily ride. I'd have to buy a windshield for the GL1000.

i had a '84 aspencade and liked it a lot, good wind protection plus the large bags and trunk but it lacked power to me. my niece had a '79 1000 which had just a windshield. i put a few miles on it but missed the features my 1200 had that the 1000 lacked. i ended up with a 1500 Wing which i still have thought the Mighty ST 1300 and my IceBear are my main rides
