rear shocks replacement

hi just want to know if i can replace the rear shocks with aftermarket shocks non air like ikon,or halgon i dont have a compressor just air assist

If you can come up with a shock that has the correct compression/rebound properties, travel, and weight capacity, and it will fit, you can put whatever you want in there. The problem is that the Goldwing is a very heavy bike, and a lot of shocks either won't fit or don't have the capacity.

My bike is fitted with Hagon's. Can't praise them enough.
