You will get blocked by them for sure now!! I tried to read all of them but there were just to many bad feed backs. I know I wont be doing any shopping there. Hal

Good luck with that. No doubt they will send you a profane reply insulting you for not knowing how to install an air filter, and not being able to read.

Just remember this one rule about Sucker Cycle: They make lots of mistakes and sell lots of stuff that doesn't fit - but THEY ARE NEVER WRONG and THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS TO BLAME. When it comes to Sucker Cycle, the customer is ALWAYS wrong!

but.....but.... I don't understand ....

The EBay rating at the top of the page referred to says " 98.7% " approval ...
But even a brief glance at that list shows about half and half... and at the bottom... 147 negative , out of 320..

so , just exactly HOW is EBay or Toolhaus.org calculating its feedback ratios ???

The Toolhaus list only shows neutral or negative feedback. No idea what the point of it is. The 98% rating is based on the last 12 months. See how the "most recent" rating is neutral, for a casting flaw? It's not the most recent rating.

When I saw this,I was only interested in the content of the negative feedbacks, not so much on how many their were.
When so many people report the same thing about a business in this manner,I won't do business with them.
It's one of those..."your reputation precedes you." kind of deals.

This is all kind of moot. If you look, you'll see that Saber Cycle stopped selling on eBay (for the most part) at the beginning of this year. They now sell only from their own site, where they can control the comments posted, and make sure only positive ones get posted. It also means they are no longer bound by the strict rules governing sellers on eBay, rules in place to protect buyers. Translation: buyer beware.

PayPal also requires that the seller actually provide decent customer service and accept returns from customers for defective or unwanted items. For that reason, Saber Cycle has always refused to accept PayPal.

i know why saber cycle has a high approval rating and the answer is bling. the people ordering bling ( like i did ) are not having an issue the bling fits but the people ordering replacement parts are finding out that their parts don't fit for what ever the reason may be

I have purchased items from them in the past and most did not fit. Timing belt cover fit but gasket had to be modified because it would not. Valve covers would not fit at all. And....the gaskets for the covers wouldn't even fit the covers. Others are correct on attempts to rectify the situation. You can call all you want and will get nowhere fast.
