Odd whistling found.gl1200 gl1500

A nice quiet ride,no radio,no bike noise.....except...
" what is that hollow whistling noise above 40 mph.???"

You'll never believe it.....At the ball end of each lever, there is a hole up underneath.
Its about 3/8" wide and deep.
Sure enough, cover the hole and the noise goes away.
I filled mine with black silicone.

And that hollow ball saved Honda $0.0015 per lever in aluminum. :)

I checked mine while riding yesterday - no noise, no holes in my levers.
