Yes, they do. Same idea as dyna-beads, only they're permanently mounted in their own little container instead of rolling around inside the tire.

Have to agree on the Dyna beads. I put them in on a fresh set of skins and have put over 15k on the set and the tires haven't even hit their half life and are still running strong.

I run Centramatics on my 1ton dually van, and my tires that are rated for 50K miles go well past 70-75K miles with no problems. I do not pay to have the balanced, nor do I rotate them, just mount them up, put them on the van and go go go. . . . . well worth the cost.

As a side note, on my van, I do not SEEM to have to realign the front end as often, every 50K or so. I am not sure the centramatic is responsible for that or not, but . . . . .

I have been running the centramatic balancers for about 50K miles and no only do they improve the tire mileage but they improve the handling of the bike. I also changed them from one bike to a newer bike without any dificultity. I also don't have to worry about losing those beads when I change tires. I never have to balance my tires. I feel it increases tire mileage up to 50% more than with out them.
For me I am very happy with the centramatics.
