I'm not quite sure I understand. First, tell me what you've got plugged into it - a GPS? A phone? What type?
And let me know, what is working, and what is not?

So the map instructions are loud, but the bluetooth is quiet? Have you got the bluetooth volume up all the way on the phone that is connected to the GPS?
