I saw a the GPS audio input that appears commented in this forum at http://www.golwingdocs.com/store/Goldwi ... -Input.asp
I've seen that the price is quite reasonable .operates through the intercom system ,but has limitatins compared to the package Kennedy Technologies sold before they went under.
I've also looked at two products JM Products have available. More expensive ,but apparently with more features. These are theCFBR-GL1800 for only 599.99 !! and the more economic version JMDM-IP BT-GL18 for 369.99.
The nJ&M products do not operate through the intercom. They use the main music/radio part of the audio package ,permit the use of a phone and GPS via Bluetooth and allow the independent use of an Ipod too. Anyone can compare these units ?Anyone is using J&M ? They seem more similar to Kennedy Techno;ogies. Your reviews will be appreciated. Thanks.

Re: Goldwing GPS audio input
I know this is not an exact reply to your inquiry, but I discovered completely by accident what must be the cheapest way yet. I was using my motorola droid maxx on Saturday as an MP3 player through one of the cheap cassette converter devices. I was listening through a J&M headset, so you may imagine my suprise when I heard on the intercom that one of my coworkers was calling.
I hit the answer button on the phone and we were able to carry on a normal conversation while I was cruising down the road at 60 miles an hour.
I had been contemplating changing to a bluetooth head set, so I could use the phone feature, but now I can save that money for some other bike bling. I cannot figure out how the intercom can play back through the cassette deck and adapter into the phone, but I really don't care.
I just know it works.

Jose, I totally agree. But it will take someone that knows electronics allot better than me to solve this riddle. So anyone want to claim the 2012 Tesla Wing award for figuring out how this works?
