rear air shocker

Post by tattooed_naturist »

Hi all, steve here, goldwing virgin, been on 3 wheels for 16 years, decided to give 2 wheels a go, ended up with a GL1500 se, 2000, was in need of a damn good service and clean, took it out for the first time a few days ago, have discovered the rear air suspension is'nt working, in need of some advice if poss, cant seem to adjust air pressure using buttons on fairing, digital read out on dash says 92psi, which according to manual is almost double recomended pressure of 57psi, have tried to release pressure via valve in saddlebag but to no avail, am thinking regulator might be faulty, any ideas peeps? many thanx, steve.
