carb parts
where can you get the little flat plastic washers for linkage between carbs,and the plastic bushings for the choke linkage ?

You could just measure them and source them from a local supplier.
I'd be very surprised if they are not listed individually (and still available) from Honda - check http://cyclemax.com/oem_parts and see if they have a part number. If so, you should be able to order them there.
