back tire

My back tire is Feathering on both sides. Not the side wall, but the tread. It rides smouth no vabration. I put 36psi in it. Does any one
know why it would do that? It's a Michelan. Thanks

If by feathering you mean cupping then its usually from low air pressure. I run forty front and rear. If it climbs a bit in the heat then it will still be o.k. Thats me though. But I do believe most run about that pressure.

It calls for 41 max in the rear. Yes i did mean cupping...........Thanks
