Any professional painters here?

I'm thinking about have the Black panels color match painted on my Pearl Fadeless White 2012 GL1800. I didn't realize there is a special technique in painting the metallic White paint. I have the (NH341P) paint code. A local paint shop asked if I could find out how the paint is applied. Any professional painters here that may know the answer to that question?
