I found this video on how they build an 1800. Pretty interesting. I searched the forum and couldn't find where someone had already linked this, so here it is!

I watched that vid a couple of months ago.Kinda scary the way they slam the motors together.I wonder how much it's changed now that they are built in Japan.
If I'da known it would last this long,I'da taken better care of it.

They now employ some of the "pushers" that they use on Tokyo trains and elsewhere in Japan. :lol: :lol:
