GL1500se left blind panel

Post by Vet82 »

Hi All,

Need some help on this. I don't know if this has come up before.

Hi all,

I have fitted in the pass an add on chrome plate containing for switches without a problem. See link below;

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Honda-GL-1500-G ... 1012660561

However, now the plastic tabs have snapped off where the chrome plate attached too there is no way logically to fit this item.

Has anyone come across this before but more importantly any ideas how the best way to proceed and fit.

Thanks in advance. Vet82

Assuming it's ABS, perhaps you could fashion some new tabs and bond them in place using plumber's ABS glue/solvent.
