Just wondering if anyone has had experience with adding floor board risers to their bikes.

I'm assuming you're talking about the pass.If so yes I've had different ones over the years on my 12,15 and now the 1800.Had Starsteppers on the 1200 and they were pretty slick.Easily adjustable. The ones that I have on the 1800 came off of my 1500 and they are just plates that bolt on.You have to loosen the bolts to adjust them. They're also in the road of taking off the sidecovers.Again they have to be unbolted.I see you have a 1500 in your avatar and if that's what you want the risers for I would suggest finding a factory set off of an SE.They are adjustable with a lever mounted into the pass armrests and don't interfer with the sidecover removeal.
If I'da known it would last this long,I'da taken better care of it.
