Datatool alarm

i have just purchased a Goldwing with a datatool alarm I need to disconnect the battery but when i do so I cant stop the alarm going off, any suggestions ?

There are several kinds of datatool systems, but did you try their site?
Most user guides can be downloaded there.

A lot of the datatool alarms have a key switch so that you can turn it off.. You need to tell us which model of datatool alarm you have..

it is a system 3, it is the only thing that fazes me out I HATE alarms

Then why not just remove it?

we did think about that but were advised to leave well alone

I am not familiar with the model 3, but I would suggest contacting Datatool directly, they have always given me excellent support in the past.
