GL1000 1100 1200 Water Pump Replacement Q

Post by landisr »

Hi, WingAdmin. I was wondering if the KP gasket kit from Old Bike Barn listed towards the bottom of your tutorial is still a recommended kit. It kinda looks like it has the crush washers in it (poor pic on their website), but the second pic does not at all look like the same item.... Your thoughts?

Again, many thanks for all your efforts.

Ron

The KP kit is what I used on my GL1100, it included the washers, and I had no complaints or problems with it at all. People also have good things to say about the K&L kit: http://cyclemax.com/inc/sdetail/gl1000_ ... kit/158216
