H I D H4 Headlight
Moneypit has a headlight modulator in place my question is will a HID headlight work with the modulator. I will be installing socalmotogear 35 watt plug & play HID H4 unit. If anyone knows let me know..

No. Modulators work with incandescent bulbs only (although there is one out now that works with LEDs). You cannot modulate HID bulbs.

Wingman has given the correct response. An HID unit will NOT work with a modulator.
