I've used others but always come back to Yuasa. They seem to be the best for the buck over the long haul. Most have lasted me at least 5 years.

There is a wealth of information there about batteries and some technical manuals that are worth downloading and reading. Info on how to prepare a battery for installation and then how to maintain.

Yuasa is a very good brand. Any quality name-brand AGM battery would be a good choice also (excepting the Wal-Mart (N)Everstart batteries, which are...well, worth exactly what you pay for them.

While you're at it buy a battery tender. If you only do short rides or can't ride for a while it will maintain and keep the battery charged.
