windshield fix

Post by made2care »

Her windshield has a mark on it, not a deep scratch , more like a scuff. Anything that can remove it or make it less noticeable? This is the original windshield. Or maybe someone has a brand new one they can just give me since I'm a nice person. Heck, if you want to give me a bike , I will take that too. I promise I can cover the shipping :D

You can use pretty much anything that is intended to remove automobile headlight scratches. This polishing compound would work:

For light scuffs, this kit has everything you need to fix/remove them:

http://www.amazon.com/3M-39008-Headligh ... ingdocs-20

For deeper scratches, this would be your pick:

If you have any FLITZ polish in your house that will work also. Works well on some scuffs and small scratches on plastic.
